Working closely with operations and hiring teams, you''ll ensure candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and attract self-employed drivers through job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach.Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via phone calls, messages and follow-ups.Screen applicants to assess suitability, availability, licensing and compliance requirements.Coordinate the onboarding process, including document collection and interview scheduling.Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records, ensuring all compliance documentation is completed.Build strong relationships with prospective drivers, providing an engaging candidate experience.Create and support targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality drivers.Work closely with operations and hiring teams to achieve recruitment targets.What ..... full job details .....
