About the Role

The Role
As a Resourcer, you'll play a key role in sourcing and engaging self-employed drivers to meet business demand. Working closely with operations and hiring teams, you'll ensure candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract self-employed drivers through job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach.
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via phone calls, messages and follow-ups.
- Screen applicants to assess suitability, availability, licensing and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including document collection and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records, ensuring all compliance documentation is completed.
- Build strong relationships with prospective drivers, providing an engaging candidate experience.
- Create and support targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality drivers.
- Work closely with operations and hiring teams to achieve recruitment targets.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in telephone-based candidate engagement.
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or lead generation.
- Driver or logistics recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media and online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates.
- Monday to Friday working hours
