Residential Surveyor

As a Residential Surveyor in the public sector, you''ll focus on our residential caseload - including statutory valuation work (Right to Buy; Lease Extension; etc). The role is varied and includes valuation, negotiation, resident contact, reporting and support to and from stakeholders across residential work streams. Client Details This role is based within the public sector, specifically in the property department, supporting operations in the London area. Description Within this Residential Surveyor role you will: Conduct property surveys to assess condition, value, and compliance with regulations. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings. Advise stakeholders on property standards and necessary improvements. Ensure all inspections meet public sector regulations and guidelines. Manage records and documentation related to property assessments. Collaborate with other departments to address property-related issues. Provide expert advice on property maintenance and refurbishment projects. Ensure health and safety standards are met during property inspections. Profile A successful Residential Surveyor should have: A recognised qualification in surveying or a related field. MRICS / registered Valuer. Be Local or willing to travel to the London Borough to oversee site visits and team meetings when needed. Experience in property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
