The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Undertake Mortgage Valuations, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys Conduct valuations, including private valuations, in accordance with RICS standards Carry out residential and/or commercial property inspections Complete Homebuyer and Building Surveys Provide professional advice and support directly to clients Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation and professional guidelines Maintain accurate records and documentation Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction Manage your own workload effectively and meet required deadlines Travel to properties and client locations as required Develop your Building Survey experience, with training ..... full job details .....
