The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys Undertake Mortgage Valuations Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process Residential Surveyor Requirements AssocRICS qualified or above Minimum of two years'' post-qualification surveying experience VRS registered Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer?
