We''re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis in the Enfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking the flexibility of remote working while benefiting from a strong fee split, administrative support, and uncapped earning potential. Working a minimum of 2 days per week, you''ll cover a 25-mile radius from your home, carrying out residential surveys and valuations using industry-leading reporting software. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys Undertake Mortgage Valuations Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and best practice Residential Surveyor Requirements AssocRICS qualified or above Minimum of two years'' post-qualification surveying experience VRS registered Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own diary Full UK driving licence ..... full job details .....
