We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a specialist care team supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs within residential and supported living services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Support daily living activities and social engagement.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

• Respond positively and calmly to challenging situations when required.

About You

• Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with additional needs is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient and non-judgemental approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Commitment to professional development and training.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and occasional sleep-in duties.
