It comprises a cluster of 12 properties alongside an active community outreach service. We deliver person-centred care ranging from 25 hours per week up to 24/7 packages (including overnight support) to individuals with diverse needs, including:Learning disabilities and neurodivergenceAcquired brain injuriesAcute mental health conditionsSubstance use recovery needsPhysical disabilitiesThe Role Working under the daily leadership of a Team Leader and Senior Support Worker, you will join a dynamic 15-person team delivering round-the-clock support.
