Pay:

• -14.00 per hour (Unqualified)
• -15.00 per hour (Level 3/4 Qualified)
• -65 per sleep-in

We're looking for caring, resilient individuals to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).

• Experience working with children and young people, or transferable experience in care, education, or youth work
• Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting young people's welfare
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training

Experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEMH, social care, or youth work is desirable.

Shift Pattern: 7 x 24-hour shifts (including sleep-ins) over a 3-week rota.

• -65 sleep-in allowance
• Meals provided whilst on shift
