Working through the night as part of the wider team, you will support, guide and supervise clients, helping to maintain a safe, secure and positive environment. The role has a strong focus on public protection, supporting clients to comply with service rules and expectations while encouraging positive behaviour and engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesWork through the night providing continuous support, guidance and supervision to clients.Build positive relationships and encourage a respectful, pro-social culture.Act as a positive role model and engage clients in purposeful activities.Prepare supper and breakfast for clients as required.Monitor and encourage compliance with rules, curfews and drug and alcohol testing requirements.Take appropriate and proportionate enforcement action when necessary.Undertake door duties and monitor CCTV and the security of the service.Carry ..... full job details .....
