The Role You will deal with a varied residential property caseload, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy and providing a consistently excellent level of client service. Your work will include: Residential sales and purchasesTransfer of equityRemortgagesAdvising clients throughout the conveyancing processManaging matters with minimal supervisionLiaising with clients, lenders, agents and other third partiesEnsuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high standardBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to business development and the continued growth of the team Experience of new build conveyancing would be advantageous but is not essential.
