The Role You will manage residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout. • Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties • Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships • Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and AML requirements About You We are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused residential property professional with previous experience managing their own caseload.
