Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working available) Hourly rate: Competitive Job Type: Full time and Part time available Contract Length: Mix of contract lengths We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) to support our clients based in Birmingham, we have a large number of clients within Birmingham who are regularly requiring locums on short and long term contracts with the majority of roles being hybrid working. Role Overview: Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant matters. Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally. Requirements: 4+ year PQE Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law. Ability to work on a locum/interim basis Excellent communication and client-care skills.
