Residential Property Solicitor - Senior / Head of Conveyancing Location: Horsham, West Sussex Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing law firm in Horsham, West Sussex, in a senior leadership role. This position is ideal for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or an existing Head of Conveyancing looking to lead and further develop a residential property department. This role is open to solicitors with 3+ years'' post-qualification experience (PQE) who are ready to take responsibility for departmental leadership, client service and strategic growth. The Role The successful Residential Property Solicitor will head up the Residential Conveyancing team, taking responsibility for both fee-earning and departmental development. You will manage a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload while leading and mentoring the wider team. You will oversee all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring excellent client care, technical quality and regulatory compliance.
