THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages, New build transactions and general residential property advice

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE.
• Be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
