THE ROLE:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with senior members of the team, assisting on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. Your caseload will include investment and asset management work, advising both landlords and tenants on lease transactions, and undertaking property due diligence in support of real estate finance and corporate transactions. You will also play a key role in managing property investment acquisitions and disposals, acting for both buyers and sellers across a diverse range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a varied and high-calibre workload within a supportive and collaborative team.

You will advise a diverse portfolio of clients while working within a supportive, collaborative team that is genuinely invested in your professional development and long-term career progression.
