Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.Provide expert advice on a broad spectrum of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lease extensions. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient progression of cases.Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in property law to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
Requirements:Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE in residential property law.Strong background in handling various residential property matters.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
