PartnerWe are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–8 PQE) to join a well-established East London firm with a nationwide reputation for client-focused service. The role involves handling high-value commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and investment deals. You will advise landlords, tenants, and developers, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with planning, construction, and corporate teams.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years PQE in Commercial PropertyExperience with complex, high-value real estate transactionsKnowledge of freehold, leasehold, development, and landlord and tenant lawStrong drafting, negotiation, and client management skillsCommercially minded and able to manage multiple deadlinesExperience with major developments and large property portfoliosExposure to planning, construction, or financing aspects of propertyInitial office-based role, moving to hybrid after probationWork on high-value, high-profile city property transactionsSupportive environment with clear career ..... full job details .....
