Residential Property Solicitor (3-5 PQE)

AJ Chambers are currently working with a highly regarded, results-driven law firm seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in high-value residential property transactions to work on a varied and sophisticated caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes private individuals, investors, offshore trusts and lenders. The Role You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of residential property transactions and related matters, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties across the UK. High-value residential property transactions, including prime London properties. Refinancing and remortgaging of individual properties and residential portfolios. Sales and purchases at auction. Leasehold enfranchisement and related matters. Licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation and other property documentation. Advising on easements, rights of light and access, tenancy agreements and management disputes. Supporting clients with due diligence, service charge issues, rent deposits and other transactional matters. Acting for lenders on a variety of transactions, from individual properties to large residential investment portfolios. About You The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years'' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor. Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
