Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive residential property paralegal to join their busy and expanding residential department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of one year''s residential experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic legal environment. The Role You will provide support to solicitors and partners across a broad range of residential property matters, in conjunction with the department administrator / secretary. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied caseload including: Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Residential remortgages and transfers of equity. Due diligence, title investigations, and property searches. Preparing legal documents and managing post-completion matters. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 12 months'' experience within a mixed property legal environment. Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
