Paralegal - Legal Transactions Team Location: North LondonSalary: Competitive + BenefitsWorking Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal with a background in private practice and/ in-house commercial property environments to join a highly regarded Legal Transactions team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of property matters within a fast-paced and collaborative legal function, making it ideal for a commercially minded property paralegal looking to take the next step in their career. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders, external solicitors, leaseholders, local authorities and other third parties. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of non-contentious property matters from inception through to completion Drafting and negotiating lease extensions, new leases, transfers, easements, licences and other property-related documentation Handling Land Registry applications, title investigations, adverse possession matters and unregistered land issues Reviewing and interpreting leases, deeds, title documents and complex ownership structures Undertaking legal due diligence on acquisitions and property transactions Assisting with property-related projects and legal research Responding to legal queries from internal stakeholders and providing practical commercial advice Supporting the continuous ..... full job details .....
