Residential Conveyancer

Location: Various Devon/Somerset offices Contract Type: Locum/Contract Salary: £40 to £55ph Working Pattern: Hybrid / Full or Part time Experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum sought to join a busy and established Conveyancing team within a well-regarded and forward thinking law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer who is confident managing their own residential property caseload to join a fast paced and friendly team on an interim basis. Position Overview You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and personable service to clients throughout their transaction. Work will involve predominantly sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and managing their own workload, whilst also working collaboratively as part of the wider Conveyancing team. The firm''s focus is on providing a professional, efficient and personable service, and therefore strong client care, organisation and attention to detail will be particularly important.
