Residential Conveyancer

Location: Bridgwater Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Working Pattern: Office-based Contract: Full or part-time Experienced Residential Conveyancer sought to join a busy and established Conveyancing team within a well-regarded law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer who is confident managing their own residential property caseload and is looking to join a friendly, experienced and supportive team. Position Overview You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and personable service to clients throughout their transaction. Work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity New build transactions Help to Buy and shared ownership matters where appropriate Reviewing and investigating title Raising and responding to enquiries Reporting to clients and lenders Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties Managing files efficiently from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and lender requirements The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and managing their own workload, whilst also working collaboratively as part of the wider Conveyancing team.
