You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion. Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors. Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction. Keeping clients updated on progress and managing expectations effectively. Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional service.
