About the Role

This full-time Residential Conveyancer position in Merthyr Tydfil offers a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, the successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Key duties include handling sale and purchase files, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, conducting searches, and preparing completion statements. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently. Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
  • Keeping clients updated on progress and managing expectations effectively.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional service.
About You
  • Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive and professional approach to your work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.
