Residential Conveyancer (opportunity for senior role)

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years experience, Merseyside, Competitive Salary - We are currently seeking a qualified Conveyancer to take on a key role within this expanding team. JOB REF: 3807THE ROLE:• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.• You will have support from a legal assistant.• Alongside your fee earning work, you will also take on the role of MLRO for the firm and have some supervisory responsibilities within the conveyancing team.SKILLS REQUIRED:• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing• You will have a proven ability to manage a full caseload independently• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.• A desire to progress into a leadership role and take on the responsibility of MLRO• ON OFFER:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience• Supportive and collaborative team culture• Career progression opportunities towards Partnership within a growing practiceContact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
