The role will involve handling transactions from instruction through to completion, preparing mortgage reports, reviewing titles, raising and responding to enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE Candidates should have proven experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and be confident handling a broad range of residential property matters.
