Residential Conveyancer

JDI Legal - legal recruitment specialists based here in the region are currently working with several firms in the Tyne and Wear region who are looking to make an appointment of a residential conveyancer.These are full time roles and will involve inheriting a caseload of transactions, mostly Sales and Purchases with some transfer of equity, new build and remortgage, shared ownership.
