Senior Residential Conveyancer Location: Newcastle upon Tyne or Gateshead Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annumJob Description The Residential Conveyancer undertakes the management and completion of residential property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals to facilitate the smooth progression of sales and purchases of residential properties. The post holder is responsible for managing case files from instruction through to completion, conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. The role requires a thorough understanding of residential property law and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy legal environment.Will Consider qualified and unqualified Conveyancing Candidates for this role.
