The Role As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage transactions from instruction through to completion while maintaining exceptional client service standards. Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties Ensuring files remain compliant with regulatory and internal requirements Supporting and mentoring junior team ..... full job details .....
