You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout.The role will involve dealing with sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and a range of other residential property matters. You will liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently, while managing key deadlines and resolving any issues that arise along the way.You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documentation, dealing with searches and enquiries, progressing matters through to exchange and completion and ensuring all post-completion requirements are dealt with accurately.
