About the Role
This permanent position seeks a Residential Conveyancer in Greater Manchester, offering a salary between £35,000 and £50,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and Help to Buy transactions from instruction to completion. Applications are welcome from solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with two or more years' post-qualification experience. Key skills include strong technical knowledge, client care and the ability to support and develop colleagues within the wider team. Flexible working is available, alongside genuine progression prospects and possible exposure to commercial property matters. Leadership responsibility forms part of this role.

OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and Help to Buy transactions.
• Opportunity to gain additional exposure to commercial property matters, which would be advantageous.
• Take an active role in supporting and developing the wider conveyancing team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the property department.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with 2+ years’ experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions and the ability to manage matters independently are essential.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills, with a proactive approach to building long term client relationships.
