The caseload includes first registrations, apartments, new build properties, Right to Buy transactions, transfers of equity, probate sales and buy to let matters. This is a client facing role offering a high degree of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and the opportunity to build long term client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of service.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers with a proven track record of independently managing a busy residential property caseload. You will possess excellent technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing, together with strong organisational, communication and client care skills.
