An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the busy residential property team of a well-established boutique law firm in South Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident residential property lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, develop strong client and introducer relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
Working as part of an established and supportive team, you will manage a busy caseload from instruction through to completion, covering a broad range of residential property matters including:

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages and equity release
• Tenancy agreements
• Commercial sales, purchases and leases
• Managing client relationships and providing a high level of service
• Building and developing relationships with estate agents and other introducers
• Identifying opportunities to attract new business and maximise the department's potential
• Taking an active role in the continued development and growth of the property team

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE and strong experience across the full range of residential property transactions.
You will ideally have:

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A personable and approachable manner
• A proven ability to develop relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts
• A genuine interest in business development and growing a property practice
• A self-motivated and organised approach
• The ability to work collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team
