About the Role

This permanent Residential Conveyancer, fee earner position in Manchester offers a salary of £42,000 to £66,000 within a busy residential property team. The successful candidate will independently manage an existing caseload of client transactions from instruction through to completion, covering sales and purchases including shared agency work and apartments. Dedicated internal teams handle initial instruction and post completion, allowing focus on fee earning and completions. Applicants should have residential conveyancing experience, practical knowledge of UK property law, and familiarity with case management systems, ideally Proclaim. Two qualified Solicitors are on hand, and training is provided. This office-based role suits a conveyancer comfortable with high volume caseload management.

Senior Residential Conveyancer required to join a very busy residential property team, your focus will be taking ownership of existing already on boarded client transactions taking them independently through completion in a varied and high volume caseload environment, post completion support is then taken over by a dedicated team.
Requirements
Experience in residential conveyancing.
Working practical knowledge of UK property law, and case management systems ideally Proclaim.
Responsibilities
Caseload Management. Completions fee earning, residential including shared agency, apartments. Training will be provided and there are two qualified Solicitors in the team. Both Initial instruction and post completion are handled by dedicated internal teams.
