£30,000 – £75,000 DOE + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Associates to join its busy property teams across several Kent offices.

With multiple vacancies available, this is a great opportunity to join a firm offering strong caseloads, career progression, and a supportive team environment.

The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with some exposure to commercial property work where required.

Your work will include:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Leasehold matters, including lease grants and renewals
• Title checking, searches, enquiries, and reports
• SDLT and post-completion processes
• Occasional commercial matters (e.g. refinancing, acquisitions, leases)
• Active involvement in business development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced conveyancer
• Strong experience handling a busy residential caseload independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a team-focused approach
