The firm has invested in its conveyancing department, with experienced assistants in place so fee earners can focus on client work rather than admin.You''ll be joining a collaborative team with a steady pipeline of work coming from local clients, agents and repeat business.What you''ll be doing:Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finishHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesDealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and related transactionsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other partiesKeeping files progressing efficiently and maintaining strong client careAbout you:Experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyOpen to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced fee earnersOrganised, proactive and confident managing multiple transactionsComfortable building relationships with clients and referrersThe firm offers a stable and supportive environment where people tend to stay long-term.
