Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Associate Multiple location across Kent £30,000 £75,000 DOE + Bonus and Excellent Benefits Full-time Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pmMultiple opportunities with a leading regional firmA well-established and expanding law firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Associates to join its busy property teams across several Kent offices.With multiple vacancies available, this is a great opportunity to join a firm offering strong caseloads, career progression, and a supportive team environment.The RoleYou will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with some exposure to commercial property work where required.Your work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and transfers of equityLeasehold matters, including lease grants and renewalsTitle checking, searches, enquiries, and reportsSDLT and post-completion processesOccasional commercial matters (e.g. refinancing, acquisitions, leases)Active involvement in business development About You Qualified Solicitor or experienced conveyancerStrong experience handling a busy residential caseload independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentOrganised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectivelyStrong client care and communication skillsCommercial awareness and a team-focused approach What s on Offer Competitive salary DOE£1,000 welcome bonus after 6 months25 days holiday ..... full job details .....
