ConveyancerLocation: LeicesterSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWorking pattern: Hybrid after probationWe are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing residential property team in Leicester.The ideal candidate will have strong residential conveyancing experience and be comfortable managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer looking for a role offering greater flexibility, autonomy and the chance to develop within an established and growing team.The role Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionHandling freehold and leasehold transactionsDealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityManaging client communication and providing regular updatesLiaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesEnsuring transactions progress efficiently and within required timescalesDealing with post-completion matters and Land Registry requirementsProviding a high level of client service throughout the transaction About you Strong experience within residential conveyancingIdeally qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, CLC, CILEX or Solicitor, although this is not essentialAble to manage a caseload independentlyStrong attention to detail and organisationConfident communicator with a client-focused approachExperience dealing with a range of residential property mattersComfortable working as part of a ..... full job details .....
