The firm is known for delivering a professional, client-focused service and offers a supportive environment for conveyancers to manage matters end-to-end. The role You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing excellent client care and ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly. Key responsibilitiesManage an end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload including (as relevant): freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownershipOpen files, issue initial documentation, and maintain strong client communication throughoutDraft/review contract documentation, raise/respond to enquiries, and progress matters to exchange and completionReview title, searches, and supporting documentation; liaise with agents, lenders, clients, and third partiesHandle exchange/completion administration and post-completion tasks (as applicable)Maintain accurate file notes and ensure work is completed in line with relevant compliance and quality standardsPerson specification (essential)Demonstrable experience managing a residential conveyancing caseloadAbility to work independently, prioritise deadlines, and manage multiple files ..... full job details .....
