Salary: £45,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee the operations of our well-established care home in the Downham Market area of Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care management, with an excellent understanding of elderly care and dementia.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to provide exceptional service to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and ensure the home meets all standards.
- Liaise with residents'' families and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, staffing, and reporting.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Residential Care Manager.
- Strong knowledge of elderly care and dementia.
- Extensive understanding of CQC regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively.
