Resident Site EngineerUp to 55,000 per annum Permanent Automated Warehouse LutterworthWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Site Engineer to join a fully automated warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical background to work within a highly automated environment, maintaining and fault-finding on equipment including conveyors, cranes, lifters, monorails and automatic wrapping systems.The RoleYou will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and ongoing support of automated material handling equipment, helping to keep the site running efficiently and minimise downtime.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Diagnosing and prioritising system faultsCarrying out scheduled repairs and reactive maintenanceFault-finding on automated equipmentWorking with PLC systems and fault-finding to I/O levelReading and working from mechanical, electrical and electronic drawingsRecording maintenance and repair activity accuratelySupporting continuous improvement initiativesManaging and maintaining appropriate levels of on-site sparesEnsuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standardWorking closely with customers, colleagues and other stakeholdersWorking HoursRotating 12-hour day and night shift: 3 days -> 3 off -> 2 nights -> 2 off -> 2 days -> 3 off -> 3 nights -> 1 off -> 2 days -> 4 off -> 2 nights -> 1 off Important: You must be comfortable ..... full job details .....
