Resident Liaison Officer - Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments Location: GuildfordRate: Up to £21 per hourContract: Temporary - Up to 4 Weeks, with Potential to Go PermanentStart: Immediate - MondayFortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the construction, property services and social housing sectors.We are currently working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Guildford, supporting a programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RLO looking for an immediate start, with the potential for the position to become permanent following the initial temporary contract.Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the refurbishment programme.Liaise with residents regarding planned kitchen and bathroom works.Arrange appointments and coordinate access to occupied properties.Keep residents informed of work schedules, progress and any changes.Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly.Work closely with site teams, contractors and supervisors to ensure works run smoothly.Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates throughout the project.Maintain accurate records of resident communications and appointments.Support the site team with resident engagement ..... full job details .....
