This is a mobile role covering Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Scarborough and wider North Yorkshire. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Location: Sheffield and surrounding areas
Contract: Temporary, ongoing for a minimum of 6 to 12 months
Hours: Full-time
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy property services team on a long-term temporary contract.

You will act as the main point of contact between residents and operational teams, ensuring residents are kept fully informed throughout planned maintenance and property improvement works.

• Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works
• Keeping residents informed of project timescales, appointments and any changes
• Visiting residents in their homes and providing clear, sensitive communication
• Supporting residents with queries, concerns and complaints
• Liaising closely with site teams, contractors and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate records of resident communication and feedback
• Identifying vulnerable residents and ensuring any additional support requirements are communicated
• Helping to minimise disruption and deliver a positive experience for residents

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer, preferably within social housing, planned maintenance or property services.

You will also need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A confident and professional approach when dealing with residents
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• The ability to manage sensitive situations calmly and effectively
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temporary position with the potential to continue for at least 6 to 12 months.
