Resident Liaison Officer Location: London-based with travel to sites across Kent and East Anglia Job Type: Temporary or Permanent Salary: £28000 - £30000 Sector: Construction / Facade Remediation About the Company My Client are a specialist construction company delivering facade remediation and fire safety projects to occupied residential buildings across London, Kent, and East Anglia. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and professional Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on either a temporary or permanent basis. The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery of facade remediation works. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with residents while ensuring clear communication throughout the construction process. This is a London-based role with regular travel to project sites in Kent and East Anglia. Travel from the office to site will be fully covered by the company.
