Resident Liaison Manager Cladding Remediation - Projects within London and Home Counties £40,000 - £55,000 Plus Package Our client, a contractor based in Lewisham, are currently looking for an experienced Senior resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team managing 2-3 resident liaison officers. Our client are based in Kent but operate nationally. Projects will be delivered around London and M25. Works that they specialise on will be cladding remediation, EWI schemes and decarbonisation projects. Within this role, day to day duties will include but not be limited too: Writing and Building Processes for a robust and compotent Liaison teamEnsure correct resident liaison structure is built in order to deliver cladding remediation schemesWork hand in hand with director to build resident liaison functionManage RLOS and build Resident Liaison TeamTo be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective mannerFor longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.Work with the Contract Manager and Site team to make sure that the client is informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.Support the help-desk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basisVisit tenants when required.Carry out condition and customer satisfaction surveysArranging ..... full job details .....
