Researcher in Machine/Statistical Learning — Postdoctoral ResearcherResponsibilities
Explore the cellular and genomic determinants of healthy aging using cutting-edge single-cell and AI-based tools, as well as population cohort data.Collaborate as an integral member of the Awadalla lab, working with large single-cell data assets and longitudinal population studies hosted at the Big Data Institute, and with other international initiatives.Contribute to study design, data analysis, interpretation of results, and dissemination of findings through publications and presentations.Qualifications
Hold, or be close to completion of, a relevant PhD/DPhil in one of the following: computational genomics; genetic or molecular epidemiology; medical statistics; or statistical genetics.Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with statistical programming packages such as R.Excellent communication skills.Terms of Appointment
