OverviewPosition Title: Senior Researcher in Automation and Mechanical Engineering

Location:

Full-time: Jiangsu, China (specific city based on organizational arrangement)

Part-time: Remote work possible

Responsibilities

Conduct original research in automation and mechanical engineering, driving technological innovation.

Lead or participate provincial-level research projects.

Establish and maintain collaborations with universities, research institutions, and enterprises to promote industry-academia integration.

Mentor and guide research teams, fostering scientific talent.

Facilitate the industrial application of research results and provide technical solutions to enterprises.

Qualifications

PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Intelligent Manufacturing, or related fields.

Strong research record with impactful publications in international journals or conferences.

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and lead teams.

Broad academic vision and foresight in industrial applications.

Strong communication skills and experience in international collaborations.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: USD 100,000–210,000

Talent subsidy: USD 280,000–420,000
