They combine the expertise of seasoned researchers with innovative engineering talent to reimagine how market and opinion research is conducted.The RoleAs a Research Manager, you will have full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final presentation. You’ll be the primary client contact, delivering impactful insights and strengthening long-term relationships. This role involves working across commercial, consumer and some social sectors, with the opportunity to use emerging tools such as AI to enhance project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage research projects end-to-end: client liaison, survey design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and presentationsLead client communications, ensuring insights are actionable and meaningfulBuild and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunitiesSupport proposals and capability demonstrations to prospective clientsMentor junior researchers and contribute to process improvementsRequirementsIdeally over 3 years’ experience in quantitative researchProven skills in questionnaire design, analysis specs, data tables, and visualisationExperience designing and interpreting political opinion pollsStrong client-facing and relationship management skillsOrganised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in R or Python is an advantageInterest in AI applications in market researchWhy Join them?This is a chance to join a collaborative, innovative team delivering high-profile, impactful research for a wide range of clients.
