You''ll guide them on survey design, data quality, and project execution, while collaborating closely with technical, commercial, and product teams to refine and improve the platform.You''ll also:Manage client relationships and lead calls, offering strategic research advice.

Drive improvements in self-serve processes through client feedback.

Support business growth by expanding and developing accounts.

Contribute to product development discussions with cross-functional teams.

Potentially line-manage junior researchers.

About youWe''re seeking someone with:3+ years'' experience in quantitative (or mixed-methods) market research.

Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling, and data cleaning.

Proven experience delivering research such as brand tracking, ad testing, and ad hoc projects.

Confidence in client-facing situations and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to have:Experience with online panels.

Experience supporting clients using a research platform or product independently.
